Payment plans vary by developer and project. Typically, you'll pay 10-20% as a booking deposit, followed by construction-linked installments. Many developers, including Emaar, offer post-handover payment plans spanning 3-5 years, making investment more accessible.

Absolutely. Dubai offers freehold ownership to foreign nationals in designated areas, which includes all major developments. There are no restrictions on nationality, and property ownership can also qualify you for a UAE Golden Visa (for properties valued at AED 2M+).

Dubai offers some of the highest rental yields globally, averaging 5-9% depending on the area and property type. Off-plan investments can also see significant capital appreciation, with some projects gaining 30-50% in value between launch and handover.

RERA regulations protect buyers in case of delays. If a project is cancelled, buyers are entitled to a full refund from the escrow account. For established developers like Emaar, delays are rare, and their track record of 118,400+ delivered units speaks to their reliability.

The main additional cost is the DLD (Dubai Land Department) registration fee of 4% of the property value. Some off-plan projects offer DLD fee waivers as part of promotional offers.
